Ronaldo tells teammates that Manchester City is his next destination

According to recent reports from Sky Sports Italia, five-time Ballon d’Or and Champions League winner Cristiano Ronaldo has told his Juventus teammates that he wants to join Manchester City before the summer transfer window closes.

The 36-year-old has one year remaining on his contract but reportedly wants to leave Turin for the city of Manchester in the coming days.

This news has sent ruptures around Europe as all elite clubs are excited by the prospect of signing one of the greatest players in the history of the game.

The reported clubs interested are Manchester City, PSG and even Real Madrid.

Ronaldo was reported to have left Juventus team training on Wednesday as he injured his arm. This can mean the Portuguese has played his last game for the Old Lady.

He has also already signalled his intentions of joining the Cityzens to some of their stars. With Harry Kane recently announcing via his social media handles that he will “100% be staying with Tottenham this summer”, Cristiano Ronaldo can be the alternative Guardiola looks to.

Doubts have been raised about the striker’s age, who is currently 36 years old, but if one thing Ronaldo has taught the world in the countless years that he has been playing on the biggest stage in football is that for him age does not matter.

As the saying goes, “Ronaldo does not age.”
