Recent reports from the Express suggest that Manchester City might be looking to Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as an alternative to Harry Kane if they fail to land the Englishman by the end of the summer transfer window.

While recent reports suggest that City have reached an agreement with another alternative Dusan Vlahovic, Harry Kane still remain City’s top priority.
Rumours have also linked City with Juventus star and 5 time Ballon D’or winner Cristiano Ronaldo as an alternative.
Tottenham have maintained that Harry Kane is not for sale, especially to a fellow Premier League team, but according to reports City and Pep Guardiola are ready to launch another bid for the 28-year old.
Meanwhile, the link to Aubameyang comes as a surprise for many, since he had his worst season in front of goal last year when he was able to find the net only 10 times in the league.
The report also suggests that the Gabonese player is happy at the Emirates and wants to fulfil his ambition of becoming an Arsenal legend. However, rumours have circulated that Arsenal are open to selling their captain if the right bid comes in.
Daniel Levy, who has already rejected bids from Man City, is however ready to change his stance on Harry Kane if City were to send a bid of 150 million pounds or above.
Do you think the Arsenal captain will be a good signing for Man City if they are unable to land Harry Kane? Or do you think they should chase other options like Dusan Vlahovic and Cristiano Ronaldo instead?
