Raheem Sterling’s future at Manchester City has been in doubt ever since he lost his place in the XI to Phil Foden. Given the trust that Pep Guardiola has put in the winger, one would expect him to be a sure starter in every big game that City plays but the harsh reality is that the former Liverpool man was hardly used in the big games last season.
Since then, numerous reports have emerged linking Sterling with a move to Spain while those emerging from England have tipped the Englishman with an extended stay in the Premier League.

Todofichajes understands that Arsenal and Tottenham are reportedly keeping a close watch on Sterling as they hope to sign the 26-year-old this summer.
While it is understood that City plan on extending the 26-year-old’s contract with the club, one cannot rule out the possibility of the Premier League champions parting ways with Sterling should an attractive bid arrive. Manchester City have been linked with Jack Grealish and Harry Kane and it is no secret.
The Sky Blues are said to be the favorites to sign the English duo and for that, they will need to raise funds as Kane is expected to cost around £150 million with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy expected to play hardball, and Grealish, £100 million.
The deals are not going to be easy for the newly-crowned champions of England and to make it easier, they will need to sell a few players first. The likes of Gabriel Jesus, Aymeric Laporte, and Bernardo Silva have been linked with a move away from the club this summer.
The source also adds that Sterling was offered to Barcelona but the Blaugrana’s delicate financial situation got in the way of the former La Liga champions’ dream of signing Sterling.
Should Manchester City sell Raheem Sterling or should they keep him at the club?
