Manchester City star linked with a move to Italy this summer
Gabriel Jesus has been a major disappointment at Manchester City because the Brazilian has failed to realize his massive potential. The 23-year-old was bought in 2017 to serve as the immediate replacement and successor to Sergio Aguero for when he would either leave the club or retire.
Though the 23-year-old is still very much a decent player, he needs regular game time to get anywhere near his massive potential. Pep Guardiola hardly favored the striker last season and Jesus sat out in most of the big games.
Moreover, Jesus is said to be among the list of players at the Etihad Stadium who are said to be unhappy with their current roles in the squad. In other words, the Brazilian could be on his way out this summer.

Football Italia understands that Juventus have been keeping a close eye on the developments surrounding Jesus and his future at City. The former Serie A champions could make a move for the 23-year-old this summer.
Jesus has been linked with a move away from the club this summer with Barcelona also among the clubs said to be interested in him.
Juventus currently have Cristiano Ronaldo as their main striker but with only one year left in the Portugal international’s contract, it cannot be said that he will renew as he has been linked with a move this summer well. Moreover, Juventus would want to cash in on Ronaldo rather than leave for free next summer, if he does not renew.
The Bianconeri are said to be interested in securing a loan deal for Jesus with an obligation to buy. The idea is to space out the investment and pay Manchester City in installments. However, a lot of Juve’s activity this summer depends on what Ronaldo decides about his future.
Jesus would certainly find it much easier in Serie A to score goals and revive his career. The Brazilian remains as one of the more talented players and it will be a shame if he doesn’t get anywhere near his full capabilities.
