Jack Grealish has been linked with a move to Manchester and not Manchester City in particular because rivals Manchester United are also in the race to sign the English midfielder.
Grealish has had his best season this year and if not for the injury that he sustained in February, he would have been in the reckoning for the PFA player of the year.

Grealish is valued at £100 million by the Villains and it remains to be seen if they would be willing to do business regarding their skipper this summer. The 25-year-old is tied to Aston Villa until 2025 and hence a sum near to £100 million would probably be accepted by Aston Villa.
It is understood by Todofichajes that City are preparing a bid worth £80 million to secure the services of the Englishman. Though it is likely to be shot down by Aston Villa, there is a chance that it could be accepted simply because Grealish hasn’t forced a move away from his club yet.
The 26-year-old has indicated in the past that he wants to join one of the top six clubs and Manchester City are said to be the favorites to sign him due to the mutual respect between Kevin De Bruyne and Jack Grealish.
The only way City could lose out on Grealish is if the Red Devils outbid the Sky Blues.
Manchester City have been tipped to sign both Harry Kane and Jack Grealish this summer. The Premier League champions are set for a squad reshuffle after the UEFA Champions League final heartbreak.
The likes of Bernardo Silva, Ilkay Gundogan, Gabriel Jesus, and Aymeric Laporte are said to be headed towards the exit door as the Cityzens want to raise the funds required to sign Kane and Grealish by selling a few players. Moreover, there is said to be a list of players at the Eithad Stadium who are unhappy with their current role in the club and could look elsewhere for minutes on the pitch this summer.
