Manchester City ready to look beyond Harry Kane if the deal does not go through this summer
Harry Kane and Manchester City links are still very much on but it is highly unlikely that Tottenham would want to sell their most prized asset, especially since he has another three years left in his contract.
Kane, 27, has established himself as one of the best strikers in the game and looks set to break the all-time scoring record in the Premier League. The Englishman however, has got no silverware to show for his impressive numbers and that continues to be a matter of concern for the 27-year-old as he is running out of time to secure enough trophies.

Daniel Levy, the chairman of Tottenham is expected to play hardball and it is understood that a sum in the range of £120-150 million is likely to be demanded for the services of the English striker.
£120 million is too great a sum to be splashed on a 27-year-old and Manchester City will hope that they can land Kane for a fee close to £100 million. Having said that, the Cityzens are ready to look at other options if the deal does not go through this summer.
90 min understands that the Premier League champions are closely following the development of Lautaro Martinez. The Argentine striker playing at the Etihad Stadium could be a real possibility.
The 23-year-old recorded 17 goals and 6 assists in the Serie A this season, helping his side to their first-ever Scudetto in the last 10 years.
While Martinez has recently penned down a new contract with Inter, it remains to be seen if the Serie A champions would be open to selling him, especially due to the financial difficulties in the club.
Martinez was also linked with a move to Barcelona last summer but the Blaugrana’s financial troubles got in the way of the deal as the player was eager to play for the Spanish giants.
Should City sign Lautaro Martinez or should they continue their Harry Kane pursuit?
