Unlikely suitors emerge for Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero
Last month, Manchester City confirmed that they would be parting ways with Sergio Aguero after a decade. The 32-year-old is set to leave Manchester City as a free agent this summer and a number of clubs are looking to secure the signature of the Argentine. The likes of Chelsea, Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona have emerged as potential suitors for the striker.

Goal understands that Leeds United are the latest entrants in the list of the teams looking to snap up the record Manchester City goal-scorer. The Whites are looking to seize the opportunity and get Aguero to the Elland Road.
Though Aguero has been heavily linked with Chelsea and Barcelona, there is a slight possibility that he might consider joining Leeds in a bid to embark on a new challenge. Though very small, the chances are there.
In all likelihood, one might end up seeing Aguero playing for either Chelsea or Barcelona. The La Liga giants are expected to go hot in their pursuit of the 32-year-old as they hope to convince Lionel Messi to continue at Barcelona for seasons to come. The Blaugrana has lacked a proper finisher ever since Luis Suarez left the club last summer. Aguero would be a great fit for the current Barcelona team simply because of the number of chances that the Blaugrana creates.
Moreover, Cheslea and Barcelona are the only two clubs out of those interested for the 32-year-old which have a solid winning project in place.
Leeds United have certainly shocked everyone by managing to enter the transfer race for the 32-year-old and it certainly makes things a lot more interesting now.
Manchester City though, will find it extremely difficult to replace their record goal-scorer though they have been linked with some capable names in Harry Kane and Erling Haaland.
