Harry Kane could push for Tottenham exit in favor of Manchester City
Manchester City will enter this year’s summer market looking for a striker and have been linked with two of the better strikers in Europe currently. Harry Kane and Erling Haaland are the two names that have been constantly linked with the former Premier League champions.
Erling Haaland is expected to cost around £150-180 million in addition to the monstrous wages that Mino Raiola is expected to demand.
Among the teams linked with Kane are Manchester City, Manchester United, and La Liga giants, Real Madrid. Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be interested in the 27-year-old. Metro understands that Harry Kane will push for a transfer this summer in case Spurs fail to qualify for the UEFA Champions League next season.

The North Londoners are currently three points away from fourth-placed Chelsea though they had a golden opportunity to close out the gap by securing a win against Newcastle.
It goes without saying that Harry Kane is the most prized possession of Spurs and is expected to cost around £140 million despite the financial impact of the Coronavirus pandemic. The English striker is said to be growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of silverware at the club despite having the players capable of achieving trophies. The 27-year-old has a tally of 19 goals and 13 assists this season but despite his strong efforts, Spurs haven’t been able to register a consistent winning run.
With Real Madrid said to be heavily interested in Kylian Mbappe, it is highly unlikely that Harry Kane would be a priority for them with the Frenchman up for grabs. Having said that, Manchester United could be seen trying for the 27-year-old but it’s highly unlikely that Kane would go to Old Trafford out of respect for Tottenham.
The only two realistic destinations for Harry Kane where he can hope to win silverware on a consistent basis are Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain.
It would be interesting to see what the Englishman decides: To continue in England at Manchester City or to play under his former boss in Mauricio Pochettino.
