Sergio Aguero is arguably Manchester City’s most successful player of the modern era.

The Argentine is in the final year of his contract and there have been no signs of him being handed a contract renewal by Manchester City. Having said that, the Cityzens have got a replacement for Sergio Aguero in their mind and it is none other than Harry Kane. Harry Kane has been linked with a move to Manchester City and the English striker himself admitted that he may need to move away from Tottenham to win titles. Manchester City are preparing to launch a €100 million bid for the Spurs superstar, as per Todofichajes.

Manchester City, however, might not jump into this right away as the Sky Blues have been linked with BVB Dortmund’s Erling Braut Haaland as well. Haaland is one of the brighter talents in European football and he is touted to be the next big thing when it comes to strikers. Haaland is expensive, no doubt. There is a rumoured release clause worth £65 million that only gets activated in 2022. Should that happen, the former Premier League champions may look to fancy their chances about landing the Norweighean superstar.

Tottenham will look to keep hold of their main man in Harry Kane and especially if they end up winning the Premier League. With the way the league table is shaping up, one cannot count the Spurs out. Tottenham needs to win and need to win big if they want to make sure to keep hold of their main talents. Kane is one of the most successful players in the Spurs’ history and it’d be a shame for Jose Mourinho and Daniel Levy to watch their brightest talent leave for their rivals.

Harry Kane is certainly a good choice but Erling Haaland has the potential to be better.
