Jack Grealish has had a splendid 24-month period and has caught the eye of the two teams from Manchester.

Manchester City and rivals United are said to be keeping a close eye on the English midfielder, Jack Grealish. The Aston Villa skipper has been pulling off some top-notch performances which has earned the praise of Pep Guardiola. The Spaniard is believed to be a huge admirer of the 25-year-old. As per Mirror, Aston Villa are expecting proposals for their captain and are ready for Manchester City and rivals United.

The valuation of Jack Grealish is set at 100 million pounds and that’s something that Cityzens and the Red Devils will be wary about.
