Manchester City Fixtures Are Out for 2020/21

One of the consequences of the delayed end to the 2019/20 Football Season has been a heavily congested calendar starting in September 2020.
It has been just a week since last season finished for Manchester City and next season’s preliminary fixture list has been published. A cursory glance indicates quite how tightly packed the fixtures are together and the demands this will place upon any squad.
Manchester City will need to use their full squad in order to progress across multiple competitions as recovery times are short between games.
City play 9 games in December and 8 in January. Continued progress in Cup competitions could see City playing at least twice every week until the season finally finishes at the end of May 2020.

Right now these fixtures are scheduled to be held without fans, but hopefully the return of some fans in the season should help support City over the finishing line.
