Manchester City’s Rodri has spoken on his and the team’s desire to repeat the success of the 22/23 season, where the club won their historic treble.

Man City created history last season as they won their first-ever Champions League trophy against Inter Milan. To add to that achievement, they also bagged the Premier League and the FA Cup.

Spanish international Rodri was a big part of the team’s triumph and even had some standout moments, one being the goal that actually won the club the UCL.

After having such an incredible and memorable season, Rodri has expressed his hope and belief that Man City will be THE team again and achieve the same glory and even more.

” In football, you have new goals. Of course, we have the memories of last season, but we want to do it again,” he said, which definitely shows supporters a positive attitude for this new season.

” We have a structure, a team, and a project to do it again and have more success. It is something you see in the team, that hunger to do it again.”

Overall, we know that Man City are more than capable of having a season up to the same standards as the last, but it’s also a boost of confidence knowing exactly how the players and the club feel towards the task.

They’ve also had a respectable transfer window, bringing Jeremy Doku, Matheus Nunes, Josko Gvardiol, and Mateo Kovacic.

Manchester City are the heavy favorites to win all the competitions they are taking place in. They’ve had a strong start to the Premier League, and fans will feel good about their chances of winning their fourth PL title in a row.

They will also start their new Champions League campaign this coming week, where they will start off against Red Star Belgrade before an exciting game against Leipzig.
