What does Guardiola need to do in order for Manchester City to conquer all fronts?

We look at what Guardiola needs to do to get Manchester City back to being the best team in England.
Firstly, Guardiola must sign a world class centre back in order to replace the legendary world beater Vincent Kompany. This would help City be solid even when teams counter with speed and City would be a simply unstoppable force.
City have refused to pay over the odds for players in the past but that should change if City want to gain domination on all fronts. I think for CB we should get Koulibaly from Napoli and should be willing to spend £70 million+. Him and Aymeric Laporte or John Stones would make a great partnership.
Next we need to find replacements for ageing players e.g. David Silva , Fernandinho, Sergio Agüero. These players have been brilliant for City but need to be replaced with good quality players.

First of all Phil Foden can replace Silva , Palaversa, who is currently on loan, can replace Fernandinho quite easily – he has spoken about the Fernandinho role and that he is practicing that role.
A new signing will be needed for Agüero- it needs to be a tall goal scoring forward similar to Edin Džeko- something we have lacked since he left . So I think a good player would be Erling Braut Haaland.
Sell and replace dead rubber or uninterested players like Nicolas Otamendi, Claudio Bravo,etc and City will have no liability in the team and will constantly thrive and strive to improve more.
This is what the team may look like in a few seasons if I had to predict but this could all be different as we could sign different players or some current players could leave we never know.

There are other players that should go as well as ageing players on our team.
Riyad Mahrez- debatable but some City fans have said he should be sold as he has many bad spells and is always showboating around. In this case replace him with a young player at LW e.g. move Zinchenko in midfield.
Leroy Sane- he wants to go to Bayern Munich so I think that we will sell him and buy Sancho back. Sell him for £75+ million pounds and buy Sancho for £70 million.
Otamendi- can be a liability as he is slow. So replace him with Eric Garcia and train him into a beast.
Muric can replace Bravo as he showed last year he can be a good backup keeper. Train Tommy Doyle instead of spending money. If Doyle is not perfect then sign Fabian from Napoli.
