With only a few weeks left of the summer transfer window, there's plenty of rumors surrounding potential incomings and outgoings at the Blues. Let's review the latest Man City transfer talk and who's coming and going.

Tijjani Reijnders

Speculation surrounding the future of Tijjani Reijnders began last week, with talk of a potential bid from Nottingham Forest. Now, there's talk of the Netherlands midfielder joining the Saudi Pro League after a reported bid from Al Qadsiah. I'd be disappointed, and a little surprised in all honesty, should City decide to sell Reijnders after just one season. True, the midfielder didn't play as much as expected, certainly in the second half of the season, but he showed enough to me that he could excel in this Man City side. I'd be sad to see him go.

Savinho

Onto a player I can take or leave, Savinho to Spurs could be a done deal very soon indeed. Look, Savinho's not a bad player but he is absolute LEVELS below Jeremy Doku and Antoine Semenyo. He can't finish, can't make a decision in the final third and is excrutiatingly frustrating to watch at times. Maybe regular first team football, which he'd surely get at Tottenham Hotspur, is just what he needs. He won't get that at City, nor does he deserve to in all honesty.

Rodri

It's looking increasingly likely that Rodri will leave Man City this summer. After reported interest from Real Madrid, it's Barcelona who appear to be in the driving seat to claim the former Ballon d'Or winner's signature. But £50 million for the best midfielder in the world?! Double it Barca. Yes, he's in the last year of his contract and yes he's had his injury problems of late but £50 million barely buys his big toenail.

Enzo Fernandez

I am firmly in the DO NOT WANT camp when it comes to Enzo Fernandez. Is he a top class midfielder? Yes. Is he the most unlikable man in soccer right now? Pretty much. I don't understand why we'd want him, it's certainly not the City way to be signing a player with a track record of attitude problems (and worse). I keep hoping it's just paper talk, but the rumours are, unfortunately, getting stronger. I'd rather we re-signed Steve McManaman.

Ayyoub Bouaddi

Now, here's a player I like the look of. Bouaddi has everything needed to become one of the best midfielders in world soccer. He reads the game well, has excellent passing ability, he's tough in the tackle and links defence and attack perfectly. The Moroccan starlet has all the makings to become a complete midfielder and signing him would be good business by the Blues.
