We looked better in attack for moments after his introduction but that soon petered out. Incredibly he passed when he should have shot. Why did he do that? That will haunt me forever.

Man of the Match

Kevin de Bruyne put himself around and kept at it regardless of some of the displays around him. Cajoled and tried to encourage others through his performance but we still lack someone on the pitch capable of dragging players by their throats into games. Our Man of The Match was Kevin even if he did not get the assist or goal we all wanted.
