With a hat-trick today, Sergio Agüero emphatically smashed Thierry Henry’s record to become the highest-scoring overseas player ever in the history of the Premier League and the fifth highest overall goalscorer. He’s City’s eternal talisman, one of the greatest English football has ever seen, and today was a fitting way as he continues to write his name into the record books.
