Rodri (CDM): Just as he’s done all season, the Spanish midfielder screened the back four effectively and provided a nice outlet to move the ball when City were in possession. (8)

Kevin de Bruyne (CAM): De Bruyne put in a good performance, with his skillful run directly resulting in Periera’s own goal. (8)

İlkay Gündoğan (CAM): Efficient and collected as City won the midfield battle on the day, something they failed to do in their previous Premier League match against United. (7.5)
