The Women’s Super League had its match weekend fourteen, where big results were claimed by many sides.

The Women’s Super League’s fourteenth match weekend provided clubs attempting to get crucial wins.

Going into it, Manchester City were leading the way over Chelsea with nine points after they got a 2-1 victory against London, while the Blues were defeated 2-0 by Arsenal. This cemented City a more positive gap, but Chelsea had their task of taking over become more complicated.

Elsewhere, the quest for the top three between Manchester United, Tottenham and Arsenal had United and Arsenal claim wins, while Tottenham missed out on also doing so.

Also, the relegation zone, which Liverpool were placed on with West ham nearby, added trouble for Everton and Leicester City, as they were getting closer to potential danger.

Among the matches, there was Brighton vs London, Everton vs Aston Villa, and Manchester City vs Chelsea.

The aim for the Cityzens in the encounter with their rivals was to find their first win against them this season, while Chelsea's was to achieve it in their favour and remain in the title race.

As the games go on, the more decisive they are in deciding every club’s placements.

The next matches will be on the 7th and 8th.

Let’s take a look at the fixtures and how the table shapes in the WSL.
