With the UEFA Champions League draw taking place tomorrow, Man City already knows two teams they could face: Bodo/Glimt or Real Madrid.

Bodo/Glimt made it through to the Champions League Round of 16 after beating Inter Milan. It was a complete surprise for anybody who knew little about Bodo/Glimt, but those who follow the Norwegian side know that they do the basics right. They also have a weird knack for turning it up against the big teams.

Real Madrid made it through the tie against Benfica, but it wasn't without a scare. Everybody knows about the threat they pose, and the fact that Man City could face a 14-time champion after qualifying automatically is wild, but the game is the game.

When is the Champions League Round of 16 draw?

The UEFA Champions League draw will be made on Friday 27 February at 11 am GMT.

The 2 teams Man City could face in the Champions League

Bodo/Glimt

Bodo/Glimt is the surprise package of this year's Champions League campaign. They made it through by the skin of their teeth, but make no mistake about it, they earned their spot in the Round of 16.

Man City fans know all too well about the threat that Bodo/Glimt would bring. After all, it was only this season that they were rocked by the Norwegian team. In the game that Rodri saw red (literally and metaphorically), Man City were hammered 3-1 by them.

Let's not beat around the bush here: Man City fears Bodo/Glimt. As far-fetched as it may sound to those living under a rock, they probably fear them just as much as Real Madrid.

On their day, Man City can (and will) beat anybody, but the same can very much be said for Bodo/Glimt.

Real Madrid

Heading into this season, many would have placed their bets on Real Madrid lifting the Big Ears trophy all over again. When Xabi Alonso started the season off with back to back wins, that view was only cemented.

However, after a few months, Real Madrid entered their second turmoil in two seasons. Much like Man City in recent history, Real Madrid are not used to not winning every trophy in sight.

These days, Real Madrid are coached by Alvaro Arbeloa, and they're forging a new identity as a team and a club. They always pose a threat, especially in the Champions League. This is just the way the cookie crumbles; there is no easy Round of 16 tie for Man City this season.
