The UEFA Champions League 2025 final

Paris Saint-Germain vs Inter Milan

As the first game ended in a 3-3 draw, the return leg matched up to the same level. Despite Inter Milan taking an early 2-0 lead (5-3 on aggregate), Barcelona found a way back into it as they equalised and then went on to take the lead 3-2. However, the Italians didn't back down and made it 3-3 with a few minutes to go.

Extra time was required, and it was Inter Milan who found a match-winning goal and went 4-3 in front, 7-6 on aggregate, and that was enough for them to qualify for the final.

Elsewhere, the first leg ended in a 1-0 win for Paris Saint-Germain, who would have felt pleased to be taking a lead into the next match. For Arsenal, disappointment was apparent, but with just one goal between them, they wouldn't have felt too hard done.

When they met again, it wasn't long until Paris Saint-Germain got themselves in front again, putting them 1-0 up on the night while being 2-0 on aggregate. Late into the second half, they got themselves another goal, which was enough to keep them comfortable, despite Arsenal then going on to score. The match ended 3-1 on aggregate, and it was Paris Saint-Germain who booked their place alongside Inter Milan.

The final of the Champions League is set to be a great one with two sides who have fought as hard as they could to get there. They'll face off in Munich on Saturday, the 31st of March, in bid to become European champions.
