The Premier League season is approaching its' near end, as we've arrived in the final month of the campaign. The top five is still yet to be decided as the race continues to heat up.

Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Newcastle, Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa are the six clubs battling it out for a place in this season's top five, to join title winners Liverpool in the Champions League next season.

Currently, seven points separate second place from seventh place, meaning these remaining matches could produce any final outcome for these six clubs.

There isn't long left until the Premier League standings are done and completed, giving everyone a look at which clubs ended where and who will be heading into Europe next term.

Here, we take a look at the points that have been accumulated so far by the chasers and who they will be playing during the next few weeks.

A dramatic lead-up to the conclusion of this season, this will be for sure, especially considering there are many fixtures that contain matchups between teams competing for the top five.
