The UEFA club competitions have their finalists all decided after a European week of semi-finals and edge closer to seeing who will be lifting the trophies.
The conclusion of the season is only a few weeks away as we arrive into the last month of the campaign, and the winners of every different league and competition are all set to be named.
Europe's three club competitions, the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League, all had their second legs take place last week, with all the participating sides fighting for a place in the finals, which will be taking place later this month.
After every tie found its winner, the finals were officially set. The two clubs that travel to Munich in the Champions League, who go to Bilbao in the Europa League and who are destined for Warszawa in the Conference League are now known, and every club is now only one match away from their European hopes being achieved.
