Manchester City will play their last match of the Premier League season this upcoming Sunday, with the top five set to be decided once and for all.
Manchester City have one remaining fixture of their Premier League campaign left to determine if they end the term with a top-five place.
The final set of matches take place this Sunday, all kicking off at the same time, meaning we'll have twists and turns throughout the 90 minutes and potentially see all five competing clubs swap positions on numerous occasions.
The top five race continues between Manchester City, Chelsea, Newcastle, Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest, as only three of them will be able to join winners Liverpool and second-place Arsenal in the final five. Only a few points separate all the sides, with all of them needing victories this week and their opponent's results to go in their favour.
Premier League table - heading into match weekend 38
1 - Liverpool (Winners)
2 - Arsenal (Second place)
3 - Manchester City (68 points)
4 - Newcastle (66 points)
5 - Chelsea (66 points)
6 - Aston Villa (66 points)
7 - Nottingham Forest (65 points)
While this will be an overall difficult job, it will be especially tougher for Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest, who not only need to secure wins but also need the clubs in front of them to fail to pick up three points.

What do Manchester City need to do?
After a vital 3-1 win over Bournemouth at the start of the week, Manchester City have put themselves in a pole position to finish within the top five. However, they still need to pick up a result against Fulham. But, a crucial advantage they have is that they only need one point, so while they will be looking for the win, a draw will be enough for the Sky Blues.
All games take place on Sunday, the 25th of May at 16:00 (UK)
