Who could City draw in the last round of 16 of the UCL?

Now, with the UEFA Champions League group stage completed, all the 16 teams taking place in the next round are confirmed. Manchester City won 3-2 against Red Star Belgrade on Wednesday night, making the current champions victors in all of their group-stage games.
Manchester City will now take a break from European football and focus their attention on the Premier League and FIFA Club World Cup. But, as the Cityzens wait for the next Champions League fixture, they will find out their opponent in a few day's time.
Who could Man City face in the round of 16?
Group Winners:
Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Arsenal, Real Sociedad, Borussia Dortmund.
Group Runners-up:
RB Leipzig, Copenhagen, Napoli, Porto, Lazio, PSV, Inter Milan, Paris Saint-Germain
Man City's opponent can be any team besides Leipzig, as they were both in the same group. They could have a matchup with Serie A holders Napoli, a heavyweight clash with PSG, or even a repeat of last season's final with Inter Milan.
The draw for the Champions League takes place on Monday, the 18th December, at 11:00 (UK).
