The last international break of the season has arrived, and the Manchester City players will use these fixtures to prepare for a massive Summer of competitions ahead.

When the club football season ends, for Man City, the ending could vary in many different scenarios, but the players will have commitments with their national teams, such as the European Champions and the Copa America.

With certainty, the usual club football drought will be filled with rather exhilarating and must-watch games for both Europe's tournament and the South American one for all fans to look forward to.

Here are the players that have been called upon for national duty

ENGLAND - Phil Foden
John Stones
Kyle Walker

NORWAY - Erling Haaland
Oscar Bobb

BELGIUM - Jeremy Doku

CROATIA - Mateo Kovacic
Josko Gvardiol

PORTUGAL - Ruben Dias
Bernardo Silva
Matheus Nunes

SWITZERLAND - Manuel Akanji

ARGENTINA - Julian Alvarez

SPAIN - Rodri

ENGLAND U21S - Rico Lewis

All of the games, except Rico Lewis, who's participating in under-21s Euros qualifying, will be friendlies for the cityzens, who will use them purely for preparation.

While this international break will hold value, as Pep Guardiola said before, it can also be quite a worrying period due to the health of players. At such a crucial time in the season, their supporters will share the manager's thoughts.

So, while this break for the players will be vital for their national teams, many hope these two weeks will quickly pass and their players can return safely to the club.

The players will return for City in what will be considered a potential Premier League-defining fixture. City plays Arsenal, who are currently at the top of the League, with City on third, just one point behind the Gunners and second-place Liverpool.
