Ronaldo "Saudi League Better Than French... and I Enjoy Man City"

Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, the Saudi Al-Nassr team's top player, confessed that he enjoys watching the Manchester City team, emphasizing that the Sky Blues deserved to win the UEFA Champions League title two years ago.

Cristiano said during the Dubai Globe Soccer Awards ceremony, "Manchester City has done an excellent job. I congratulate them on their season; the players and the coach were fantastic."

He added, "Finally, they won the UEFA Champions League title. They definitely deserved it two years ago. I enjoy watching them play. City has the opportunity to win the Champions League title again."

Regarding the contenders for the Champions League title, Cristiano commented, "Manchester City, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich."

The Don continued, "I feel happiness at Al-Nassr. It's a great step. The Saudi league is progressing; it will take time, but step by step, they will reach the top level."

He continued, "I believe that the Saudi league will be among the top 3 leagues in the world. People in Saudi Arabia will be proud."

And he added, "The Saudi league is not worse than the French league. In Saudi Arabia, they have more competitiveness than the French league. I can say that after spending a year there. We are better than the French league at the moment."
