Manchester City learn Champions League fate!

So the Champions League draw has been made! Manchester City's 8 fixtures for the league stage have been confirmed for the 2023 European champions.

Manchester City will first play against the team they played the 2023 final against, Inter Milan of Italy. This will be played at the Etihad Stadium.

For matchday 2, Manchester City will play against the French Paris Saint Germain. This game will be played at Parc des Princes in Paris.

After that, Manchester City will host Club Brugge of Belgium. They both last met in the Champions League in 2021 when Manchester City won 4-1.

On matchday 4, we will face Juventus- another Italian team. Last time both teams met, Juventus won 1-0 at their Allianz Arena in 2015.

On Matchday 5 , Feyenoord of Netherlands will travel to Manchester to play us. Last meeting between the clubs resulted in a 1-0 victory for us in 2017.

After that, Manchester City will face Sporting Lisbon of Portugal away at the José Alvalade Stadium in Lisbon. Last meeting was a 0-0 draw between the clubs in 2022.



Matchday 7 , will result in Manchester City hosting Sparta Prague of Czech Republic. Both clubs haven't met each other previously.

The final matchday will be away against SK Slovan Bratislava of Slovakia. Both teams will battle in a match for the first time.

The dates for the 8 matches of the league stage will be released on Saturday as per City Xra.
