Manchester City and Brighton will face off again this weekend, this time in the Premier League after playing in the Carabao Cup during the week. During that one, City came from behind and ultimately won the game on penalties.

City come into this one hoping to return from their defeat to Aston Villa in the Premier League last weekend, while the Seagulls are hoping to bounce back from a defeat to Liverpool last time out in the league.

Here we round up all the latest injury news surrounding both sides going into this fixture.

Karou Mitoma - Out

Hurzeler confirmed this week: "Kaoru, we need to be a little bit more patient. I don't expect him to be back before the international break, but definitely after the International break."

Stefanos Tzimas - Out

Tzimas is back in training after his ACL rupture but is still a month or so away from returning to fitness.

Femi Azeez - Out

Hurzeler says Azeez will be managed with caution and won't return for a few weeks. He said: "With Femi, again we have to be patient with him. It's not quite clear how long it will take. It seems to be not a big issue, but therefore we have to be patient..."

Zadok Yohanna - Out

Yohanna is back in training but won't return until after the break.

Evan Ferguson - Out

Ferguson's long wait to return from his ankle issue is almost at an end, and he will be back in a few weeks.

Pascal Struijk - Out

Hurzeler confirmed this week: "Regarding Pascal Struijk, he won't be an option for the weekend. We are convinced he will be back afterwards." The centre-back has a hamstring complaint.

Ferdi Kadioglu - Fit

Kadiogul will return from his groin issue.

Andres Chema - Fit

The same goes for Chema.

Antoine Semenyo - Out

Semenyo is going to be out until some time in December. Maresca confirmed recently: "In the first moment, we expected a worst injury. After yesterday's scan, we will feel better. It will be eight weeks, so when he is back in December, it will be like a new player. Not muscular. To lose Antoine, or any player, is not good."

Matheus Nunes - Doubt

It was hoped Nunes could return last week, with Maresca saying: "Yeah, we have a session this afternoon. They can be all of them available or not. In terms of still doubt, yesterday, they were all improving, and we see this afternoon." But he is yet to return and will naturally remain a doubt for this one.
