The FIFA Club World Cup has reached the semi-final stage after a batch of intense quarter-finals, where the final four teams were decided.
The Club World Cup is not far away from crowning the champion of the world, as now only four clubs remain in contention for the achievement.
The quarter-finals saw many exciting matchups. The conquerors of Manchester City and Inter Milan, Al Hilal and Fluminense, were paired together. Chelsea took on Palmerias. And there were two European affairs as Real Madrid met Dortmund, and it was Bayern Munich vs Paris Saint-Germain. Four great matches were played out, which chose who would become semi-finalists.
The final is only a week away, as it takes place on the 13th of July, this upcoming Sunday at 20:00 (UK)

Fluminense 2-1 Al Hilal
Palmerias 1-2 Chelsea
Paris Saint-Germain 2-0 Bayern Munich
Real Madrid 3-2 Dortmund
A close result between Fluminense and Al Hilal, but the Brazilian side did just enough to claim the victory. As did Chelsea, who found the all-important goal to win the game.
Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich's game was filled with drama. Despite a close 90 minutes or so, it was the European champions who made it through 2-0. Real Madrid were looking to win their encounter comfortably as they led 2-0 for the majority of the match. When Dortmund did get one back, a few seconds later, Real Madrid found a third. A penalty was also awarded to Dortmund to make it 3-2, but it wasn't enough to add another 30 minutes of play.
So after all of that, we have the last four, which are Chelsea, Fluminense, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.
