The FA Cup fourth round draw has been confirmed, and Manchester City have discovered their next opponents.
The FA Cup draw for the fourth round took place on Monday evening, where all remaining sides’ games were decided.
Manchester City took on Exeter City in what was their first fixture of the competition, and it was an incredible 10-1 victory that secured their placement in the next round.
Among the many names on the scoresheet, Rico Lewis bagged a double, Nico O’Riley converted his chance, Rodri included his efforts, Tijjani Reijnders added to his impressive form, and there was a debut goal for signing Antoine Semenyo.
A massive result for the Cityzens, as they chase honours in multiple leagues and have begun their bid in the FA Cup with a remarkable display.
Elsewhere, Sunderland got a win against Everton in a penalty shoot-out, Arsenal defeated Portsmouth 4-1, Brighton won against Manchester United, and the biggest shock came as Macclesfield defeated Crystal Palace 2-1.
