Haaland Wins 2023 Golden Player Award

Erling Haaland of Manchester City has won the 2023 Golden Player Award, which is given out by the Italian publication Tuttosport. After joining Man City in the summer of 2022 from Borussia Dortmund, Haaland enjoyed an incredible and historic first season with the club.

The Norwegian striker guided Manchester City to victories in the FA Cup, Champions League,  English Premier League, and most recently, the Super Cup.

Haaland was named the Premier League‘s best scorer for the previous season after scoring 52 goals in 53 games in a variety of tournaments with the Sky Blues.

Furthermore, as reported by the esteemed Italian journal “Tuttosport,” Erling Haaland was victorious in the 2023 Golden Player Award, having garnered the highest number of votes from the Legends Council of the same publication.
