Manchester City return to a blockbuster this weekend, as they host one-time Premier League Winners, Liverpool at the Etihad.

The blues were in fine form before the international break and on a 10 game unbeaten run. With Haaland and his scoring hat, Foden finding his little magic feet – then both coming home from international duty early.

Foden had surgery for acute appendicitis and is expected to be out for two to three weeks, we will miss him, but his health is the most important thing and we wish him a speedy and loving recovery.

Haaland was sent home early as a precaution with groin niggles, and Pep has admitted that he will be assessed for the Liverpool match on Saturday morning.

A must win game to close the gap to Arsenal; who will start for Pep?
