Predicted Line Up: England vs. USA

We, English fans, always get too excited when it comes to tournament football. We have high hopes following Euro 2020 and the result against Iran certainly gets our excitement off to a good start.
No one expected a 6-2 victory, however, it was the dominance and attacking threat that England possessed that got us singing “it’s coming home” too soon.
A much sterner test awaits us in the next game when England face a more improved and deadly opposition.
Gareth Southgate may be toying with going to a back three and playing 3-4-3 to improve defensive stability or continue with the 4-2-3-1 where England is the most comfortable.
We will certainly be hoping that Phil Foden and Jack Grealish will be involved from the start, with our Laura calling for Foden to be the main man as we continue our adventure in the Middle East.
There could be an appearance from Kyle Walker after he declared himself fit for the game following a groin injury that has seen him not in a City shirt for a number of months.
