Declan Rice
The defensive midfielder is integral to England’s chances and will need a good tournament. The strongest DM in the squad.

Jude Bellingham
Kalvin Phillips’ injury problems will give the 19-year-old wonderkid a chance to flourish on the biggest stage. Will likely advance into more attacking positions rather than be more influential defensively.

Mason Mount
Will personally go with Phil Foden in the middle three but anticipate him on the right flank. Mount has proven in an England shirt that he is just as capable in playmaking capabilities. Likely to interchange with Foden’s position should it not be working.
