Goalkeepers – Jordan Pickford, Aaron Ramsdale and Nick Pope.

The three ‘keepers pick themselves with the easiest selection of the positions. Ramsdale and Pope are picked both on form, with the Newcastle stopper showing enough form to surpass the leaky Dean Henderson.

Pickford is likely going to be Gareth’s number one and there is no anger at that given his form in a Three Lions shirt, indifferent from his performances under Frank Lampard and Goodison Park.

I will give Ramsdale the number one shirt and give him the opportunity to impress.
