Foden

The future of City loves a Champions League game. He missed out in the starting XI vs. Copenhagen and was brought on around the hour mark vs. Brighton in place of Mahrez and made an instant impact.

Mahrez

I know – hear me out. I thoroughly believe that Pep is trying to give him as much game time as possible to help him find his previous form. Mahrez has had some of his best City performances in the Champions League.

Haaland

Can’t leave the goal machine out. He’s got a Champions League record to break, that could be done this season alone. If we can secure top of the group with this game, it will allow some of the fringe players to show what they’ve got in the final game against Sevilla.
