Fans are keen on seeing him get another start, and this could be the perfect game for him to do that. This also ensures Foden stays wrapped up safely for his annual superior performances at Anfield.

Allowing Haaland to start increases the likelihood of early goals and control of the game, meaning he will be able to bring some youngsters on and protect those that will be starting at the weekend. As people continue to highlight, the Norwegian will have a long break during the Winter World Cup.
