Ederson

Every single time he resisted the United half-hearted press by chipping the ball over Rashford and Anthony to get City on the front foot.

Walker/Gomez

A couple of minutes in, Walker made Sancho look silly when he tried to skip past our number 2, and he was having none of it. For Gomez, it was his first assist in his first Manchester derby-day.

Akanji

His WHOLE VIBE! He was giving me Vinny Kompany vibes today, driving forward with the ball and on a number of occasions, continued his run into the box. He wants to be in the thick of it! We love that. Great derby-day debut!

Ake

Clattered more than one opposition player to show them who was in charge. They thought they could win an aerial duel against him, and that was NOT their only mistake of the day. Also, special mention for his drives forward with the ball.

Cancelo

The moment he completely did his Portuguese teammate dirty and sent him off into oblivion. We just know that dented Bruno’s ego.
