Manchester City overcame European opponents on Wednesday and it’s a return to Premier League action in the early kick-off at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The champions will be looking to return to the top of the table (until early Sunday afternoon) by matching their performance in this fixture last season when Kevin De Bruyne helped himself to four goals.

Erling Haaland will be looking to take over that goalscoring responsibility to add to his record so far, as he currently sits on ten goals from six appearances. Any more goals and I will be running out of tributes for the young Norwegian.

Pep Guardiola will likely be without Aymeric Laporte and Kyle Walker for the visit down to the Midlands, with more information regarding the squad availability revealed in the manager’s press conference tomorrow.

The absentees have been pictured in training post Dortmund and selected in the England squad respectively but unlikely to be risked.

We want to hear if you would make any changes to our line-up.
