The signing of the season?

James – Many signings will come up trumps this season for their respective team, but with the transfer window still open for a further four weeks, this category is the hardest. Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Jesus, Darwin Nunez, Yves Bissouma and Erling Haaland will all be big hits for their respective clubs, but for me, Julian Alvarez will hit the Premier League running and be a superstar for City, whether he plays on the wing or starts up front. Goals, goals, goals for Alvarez, potentially more than Haaland.

Laura – Gabriel Jesus – I think predict that he will excel this season at Arsenal!

Brian – As a city fan, I felt the pain of Gabriel Jesus leaving and seeing him bagging goals on the regular in preseason for Arsenal is a bit like seeing an ex-girlfriend on social media having a good time without you. Stings a bit, but we have to move on. That being said; the price Arsenal paid, the style they now play, how well versed Jesus is to the Premier League and having the backing of Mikel Arteta. Jesus will flourish and as much as it will be difficult to see him doing this for another club, good luck to him. Once a blue always a blue.
