Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City are set to travel to Carrow road for an encounter against 18th-placed Norwich City.

Currently, the Sky Blues have shown no signs of a slowdown in the Premier League as, earlier this week, they managed to clean up Brentford at home after a convincing 2-0 win over the newly-promoted side.

Ahead of the game, manager Pep Guardiola addressed the media and had provided updates on his team. The Spaniard ruled out the presence of his two stars-Gabriel Jesus and Cole Palmer. Both stars are yet to recover from their injuries and are certain to miss the game on Saturday. The City boss also gave his opinion on Mahrez’s form.

Norwich City vs Manchester City- Who’s in and Who’s out

Goalkeeper

City’s no.1 choice keeper Ederson is all set to return as the main shot-stopper between the sticks.

Defense

Aymeric Laporte and Ruben Dias are set to be slotted as the main center-backs. The likes of Nathan Ake and John Stones are also in line to receive a spot in this defensive setup.

On the defensive flanks, Oleksandr Zinchenko will be accommodated in the left-back position whereas Kyle Walker will be placed in the right-back role. Joao Cancelo is likely to be given rest on Saturday.

Midfield

In the middle of the park, Rodri will be placed as the defensive midfielder. The Spaniard is likely to be provided support in the form of two central midfielders-Kevin De Bruyne and Bernardo Silva.

Attack

In the attacking front, Phil Foden will feature as the main striker. Raheem Sterling will be in line for another start and hence will be provided with a spot in the right-wing position. Jack Grealish will find himself being slotted as the left-winger in this City attack.
