Manchester City have been keeping a close watch on Brazilian starlet, Endrick. The 15-year-old is being scouted by scouts from Barcelona, Liverpool, and Manchester City, as per Mirror (h/t Diario Sport).

Endrick has been the standout performer in this year’s Copa Sao Paulo de Futebol Junior, which houses some of the most exciting Brazilian talents. The 15-year-old won a penalty for his side almost immediately after coming on as a substitute, in the Ro16. This was also his comeback game after testing positive for COVID.

Endrick has staggering stats to back his case. The attacking forward has found the back of the net 167 times from 171 appearances in his youth games at Palmeiras. With that said, Spanish giants, Sevilla are also said to be tracking the prospect’s progress.

The source further understands that the same scouts from Manchester City, Liverpool, and Barcelona will be present for when Palmeiras take on Internacional in the quarter-final clash. Endrick is expected to have a big say in the proceedings.

While it is still too early to comment on the 15-year-old, City are already looking at him as a potential frontline player. The 15-year-old is said to be versatile when it comes to playing in the final third and that is an asset for any team to have.

Barcelona have been scouting the Brazilian prodigy for some time now and could be labeled as the favorites to sign the 15-year-old for their famed La Masia academy.

With Liverpool also keeping a close watch on the talented youngster, City will need to act fast if they want Endrick in their youth team and potentially, in their senior team.

Endrick has a long way to go before he establishes himself in World football but at the rate at which he is progressing, it seems that he is likely to burst into the scene sooner than expected.

The Cityzens should take the gamble and sign the 15-year-old, into their youth development system, where he will be given proper grooming, and he could well become a future star at the Etihad.
