2)ANTONIO RUDIGER

The Veteran has been the linchpin of Thomas Tuchel’s defensive approach alongside Thiago Silva and was even considered untouchable in the initial stages of the season. However, with a standoff between him and Chelsea on the wage demands, a renewal looks like a distant dream for the near future.

Bayern Munich and Manchester City banging the doors more often is bringing matters too close to comfort for the UCL champions.

In Ruben Diaz and Ayemic Laporte, City probably have one of the best in the business and have very few reasons to ponder upon. Signing Rudiger though would bring balance to the table and the Talisman would boost the defensive third and provide a proper cover for the injury crisis which has rocked City several times.

It’s an advantage Bayern as the German looks keen on a Bundesliga switch, but Manchester City is not still out of the race just yet.
