Manchester City has been the team to beat this far in this season across competitions with their trademark manner of play on display. The riches of Cityzens have been enormous ever since the historic signing of Spaniard Pep Guardiola as their manager and the astonishing financial surge received by the club when the Arab Giants took over the reins.

The Skyblues have a record of 3 titles in their previous 4 stints and are in a commanding position this year as well for yet another triumph. Manchester City have always been a thoroughly dominant side ripping through the oppositions more often than not.

One of the key reasons behind it is the quality of players in the City ranks. The defending Champions have always possessed fascinating players and world-class talents in the form of Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, Ruben Diaz.

With several established players set to bid farewell to their respective clubs at the end of this season, here are handpicked ones which Manchester City should target as free agents.

1)PAULO DYBALA

The 28-year-old Argentine forward has been quite sensational with his performances for both his Country and Club(Juventus). He has established himself alongside the likes of Lionel Messi and Lautaro Martinez and is set to take over the reins after the FIFA Qatar Worldcup 2022.

He took part in 6 goal contributions this year(3 goals and 3 assists) in just 9 appearances for his Serie A club and looks hungry to heighten the tally.

Though not of Erling Haaland and Harry Kane’s class, the adept forward can play second fiddle and will be a perfect match for the ‘False Nine Approach’ of Guardiola if at all he comes up with one.

Dybala is on the brink of signing a new deal and thereby extending his stay at Juventus, but nothing seems to be impossible these days and a last-minute transfer wouldn’t spring a surprise.
