Manchester City’s players to be axed for Haaland’s transfer

The race for Bundesliga Sensation,  Erling Haaland is getting too close to comfort for the Defending Premier League Champions. Manchester City are set to raise the capital for this move, with six players going under the ax.

Manchester City also need to sell to raise funds in order to sign a marquee striker. Having said that, this January window could be the key to Man City’s plans next season.

Traditionally City don’t participate actively in the January window, but this winter expect Manchester City to go all out, with Borussia Dortmund’s Goal-machine set to be released with a 64M clause according to reports.

The list of Players is likely to include Pedro Porro, who is on a two-year loan with the Portuguese Club, Sporting CP. He could be on a long haul with 8M clause after impressing one and all with his performances.

City’s Defender Ko Itakura and English U-20 Forward Morgan Rogers could be leaving for Schalke and Bournemouth for clauses of 5M and 9M respectively. For Rogers, a permanent landing to go ahead a 12M clause awaits Bournemouth if they do make a promotion this season.

Dutchman Jayden Braaf is also set to leave with a 9M option at the  Udinese, with his previous stint being cut short by an injury. Yangel Herrera could also be spending his last days at the club with a potential permanent move pending to the Espanyol.

Then comes the First-team squad in which players are rearing to leave the club owing to the need for more minutes. Manchester City’s Star-duo, Raheem Sterling, and Bernardo Silva have already started hunting down their new clubs, with the Former set to be seen in Blaugrana colors.

With City set to receive a major boost in the form of their Puma kit sponsorship, the quest to claim probably one of the best, if not the best in the world is going to get down the wire.Will Haaland don the Skyblues ?
