There were some very Guardiola substitutions as the crowd called for urgency to be added from the bench. Instead Pep kept things the same.

John Stones

Came on for Laporte at 65 minutes but was then pretty anonymous. Not sure if that was a good thing or not.

Ilkay Gundogan

Replaced De Bruyne and our urgency evaporated a little.

Phil Foden

Eventually came on for Silva who went off in 85th minute as a precaution. Looked bright but should really have started this game.

Not on pitch long enough to mark.

Man of The Match

Or what is in danger of becoming the Kevin De Bruyne award. He looks hungry and fired up. Chased everything. Tried to unpick the Hammers at every opportunity and was unlucky not to have at least another assist. The player of the season without a doubt.
