Bernardo Silva

Given the positional rotation used in the game, Bernardo could have been included in the Midfield too. Industrious but not always fully engaged. Took his goal very well, which was the most difficult opportunity on show all game.

Gabriel Jesus

Spent a lot of time running but often it was into various cul de sacs. Got his reward for his endeavour as Fulham understandably began to tire. Quite why we were so content to rest with the ball in midfield rather than put Fulham to the sword is unclear to me. Given how well Gabriel took his goals, it was disappointing there were relatively few chances created.

Riyad Mahrez

Looked dangerous throughout and for me he has become one of the first names on my team sheet.  Runs into the opposition at every chance and more willing to track and run back than ever before. Took a couple of heavy challenges and I was pleased he was withdrawn to protect him.
