Bernardo Silva

Not his best game for us and I am still not sure why he was preferred on the wing to the in form Riyad Mahrez. I think he has played himself into starting against Fulham. Seems a long way from the player back in September who was destroying Watford.

Sergio Aguero

Thank heavens for Sergio. Took both his goals really well and his sharpness is beginning to return. If we are to scrape past Madrid then we will need him at his best. His first goal was all about timing and movement as he snuck the ball in at the far post. The second he had all the work to do to guide a header past the keeper. Both bits of technique showed his class and he now sits in 251 goals for us. Literally breaking new records every week.

Raheem Sterling

Since the England incident he has gone completely off the boil and does not deserve a current starting slot based on his recent performances. Maybe he needs a rest. Right now he is doing little right and looks unlikely to suddenly improve.
