Leroy Sane

Good to see Leroy introduced and contributing to changing the game. Within seconds of joining the field of play he was creating chances. His goal was taken well and was a trademark of him coming in from the left to the edge of the area. I always feel we look most dangerous with him on the pitch and hopefully we will see him deployed against Burnley.

Player Rating 8

Danilo

Introduced in the 89th minute and not enough time on the pitch to mark.

Gabriel Jesus

Introduced in the 89th minute and not enough time on the pitch to mark.

Man City Square Man of the Match

After a few quiet months where his performances have dwindled it was great to see David Silva back. He controlled the game and managed the rhythm of our passing very well. Moved in and out of the lines and we looked dangerous whenever he found the ball at his feet in the attacking third. Three more games to go and we need David at this level.
