My prediction for the Top 6 after 8 games

Manchester City

Manchester United

Chelsea

Spurs

Liverpool

Wolves

And having watched Wolves several times last season I would even go as far as suggesting they could be in top 4 after 8 games. Whether they have the depth to maintain that form throughout a season will probably be down to the antics of the super agent, Jorge Mendez.

West ham have acquired some good additions since the City’s former boss, Manuel Pellegrini, bringing organisation on the field. Felipe Anderson, Jack Wilshere and Andriy Yarmolenko add a greater attacking threat in East London.

Everton and Marco Silva add weight into the top six outsiders who can challenge, but must spend on the defence to really contend with the big boys. They have plenty of good youngsters and it will be interesting to see how they fare with the possibility of increased chances of first team action.

Leicester City without Mahrez, Burnley in Europe and Southampton are unlikely to be those who will be impressing in the top 6 come in the first eight fixtures.

So those are my predictions. Its notoriously difficult to be accurate but those are my expectations and its great starting the season with bubbling expectation. A new season is always like having a supermodel stood in your living room in just her pants. You are not sure what to expect exactly but just hope it will turn out exciting.
